Risk Radar – Strategic Risk Analysis Platform

The Risk Radar was designed as a structured visual system for identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing organizational risks in a proactive and systematic way. At its core, the platform represents risks within a semi-circular spectrum, where each segment corresponds to a specific risk category.

One of its key visualization modes is a radial heatmap, in which risks are positioned based on their likelihood and potential impact. Risks closer to the outer boundaries of the circle indicate higher severity and urgency, while inner positions represent lower or more manageable exposure. This spatial encoding allows users to quickly distinguish critical risks from emerging or tolerable ones without relying solely on numeric tables.

Beyond visualization, the Risk Radar supports multiple perspectives for analysis, including chart-based views, heatmap representations, and structured lists. Risks are classified as either positive (opportunities) or negative (threats) and are explicitly linked to strategic objectives, with each objective connected to one or more high-level strategies. This relational model helps reveal interdependencies between risks and strategic goals, supporting more informed decision-making.
